As a Sr. CPU RTL Front End Methodology Engineer, you will drive innovation in processor design by establishing and advancing RTL development strategies, tools, and techniques that optimize power, performance, area, and timing targets. You'll lead technical efforts to integrate AI methodologies into the design workflow while collaborating across architecture, backend, and design teams to create world-class microprocessors. This role suits experienced silicon design professionals who combine deep technical knowledge of RTL coding and CPU logic with proven leadership abilities and a passion for pushing design methodology boundaries. Requirements

6+ years of silicon development experience in CPU logic design5+ years of technical leadership and successful IP project deliveryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)Demonstrated expertise in RTL coding, debug methodologies, and AI tool integrationExperience with x86 CPU microarchitecture and memory management execution preferredStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environments
