Senior Director, Dry Etch Development Engineering

This executive will lead dry etch module development from feasibility and process integration through high-volume manufacturing and global factory deployment. The position manages engineers responsible for process and equipment performance, capacity expansion, module improvements, and repair strategies across manufacturing operations. Success requires close collaboration with integration, device, yield, sourcing, suppliers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver scalable and differentiated semiconductor solutions. The leader will also build organizational expertise through hiring, coaching, performance management, and long-range capability planning. It is best suited to an experienced semiconductor executive with deep dry etch knowledge, global fab ramp and startup experience, and a record of leading large technical organizations.

Requirements

Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field14 years of relevant semiconductor industry experienceSenior leadership experience in large multinational manufacturing organizationsExpertise in dry etch process development across multiple equipment platformsExperience leading global fab ramp-ups and high-volume manufacturing technology transfersAbility to partner with suppliers and cross-functional engineering organizations
