Technical Program Manager - PDK

This position supports Intel’s PDK team, which develops design enablement technology and advanced memory collateral for Intel process technologies. The program manager will guide complex initiatives from requirements definition through deployment, aligning technical teams, leadership, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include setting milestones, managing resources and budgets, tracking schedules, resolving risks, and communicating progress across the organization. The role suits an experienced semiconductor professional who combines knowledge of silicon IP, SoC design, PDK architecture, or validation with strong cross-functional program leadership. Candidates who have managed large technical programs in matrixed environments and understand semiconductor development and release processes are especially well suited.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience6+ years in silicon IP or SoC design, or PDK component development and validation6+ years delivering large-scale technical projects from concept through releaseExperience with program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagementExperience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in matrixed organizationsKnowledge of PDKs, semiconductor development lifecycles, and design enablement processes
