This position serves as the primary connection between Global Supply Chain Management and program teams supporting naval missile production contracts. The manager develops material strategies, forecasts requirements, monitors supplier performance, and helps ensure cost, schedule, staffing, and production commitments are achieved. A major emphasis is evaluating supplier capability and readiness while driving corrective actions, efficiencies, and delivery performance across a complex supply base. The role works with quality, engineering, operations, supplier managers, and program leaders, often balancing competing priorities and escalating issues when needed. It suits an experienced supply chain or program management professional who can lead cross-functional efforts, influence stakeholders, assess manufacturing capacity, and travel extensively to suppliers and RTX sites. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
