Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Production Line Coordinator

This coordinator serves as the tactical point person for production performance during an assigned shift, monitoring factory dashboards and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing areas. Key work includes identifying constraints, optimizing tool and line performance, controlling WIP and dispatch activities, and managing critical queue-time requirements. The position requires frequent communication across shifts and departments to resolve issues, escalate risks, and support daily output goals. It suits an experienced operations, maintenance, technical trades, or STEM-trained professional who is comfortable using production systems, analyzing data, and making timely decisions in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The job is based onsite in Phoenix and follows a compressed 12-hour workweek schedule that may include nights.
