Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Engineering preferred) with 3+ years relevant experience, or Master's in STEM with 2+ years experienceProven ability to understand and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipmentExperience developing, managing, and executing training plans for technical teamsKnowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, or Six SigmaStrong leadership skills and ability to work on compressed work-week schedulesPreferred experience in substrate, assembly, packaging manufacturing, or equipment qualification and maintenance
