Senior System Administrator

This position supports Raytheon’s Digital Technology organization by administering and maintaining enterprise systems across Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux platforms. Responsibilities include managing core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backups, RAID, and software applications while resolving complex hardware and operating system issues. The administrator will collaborate with cybersecurity personnel, document technical procedures, and help train others on advanced IT processes. The role is suited to an experienced systems professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced, highly regulated defense environment and can occasionally support work outside normal hours. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain the required DoD cybersecurity certification within six months.
