Section Leader - Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) Applications
This section leader position oversees a team developing advanced modeling and simulation capabilities for military mission analysis and system evaluation. The role combines direct management of 8-15 engineers with active technical contribution, requiring you to guide the creation of variable-fidelity computer models and testbeds that demonstrate system effectiveness in complex threat scenarios. You'll work across multiple programs and research initiatives, interfacing with government customers and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into integrated solutions for sensors, effectors, and command and control systems. The position suits experienced engineers with strong backgrounds in operations analysis and simulation who are ready to step into leadership while maintaining technical credibility through hands-on project work.
