Sr. Analyst, Procurement

This position supports Raytheon’s integrated supply chain by overseeing supplier execution against manufacturing, financial, delivery, and performance objectives. The analyst prepares sourcing events, evaluates proposals, conducts cost and price analysis, develops negotiation approaches, and places high-value purchase orders. The role also involves reviewing technical requirements, assessing supplier and procurement risks, and creating mitigation plans while following federal and corporate acquisition rules. Regular collaboration with internal program teams and suppliers is expected, with occasional travel to company or supplier locations. It suits procurement professionals who are comfortable with regulated environments, complex negotiations, supplier improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
