This position involves developing core CPU logic designs at the RTL level, creating the foundational code and simulations that enable Intel's processors to function. You'll work within a team focused on defining CPU architecture and microarchitecture while optimizing designs for power consumption, performance, and manufacturability. The role requires collaborating across multiple teams including verification, physical design, and customer integration to ensure CPU blocks meet system-level requirements. Requirements

7+ years RTL design experience with Verilog, V2K, or System Verilog and hardware modeling expertise5+ years experience in low-power logic design and high-frequency optimization techniques5+ years with cross-clock domain crossings and power-aware design methodologies3+ years scripting experience with TCL, Perl, or PythonBachelor's in electrical/computer engineering or related field with 7+ years experience (or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years)Knowledge of CPU power management, DVFS, thermal management, and Intel Architecture ISA
