Requirements

20+ years of semiconductor industry and leadership experience with background in design and design enablementDeep expertise in PDK, foundational IP, and design flow domains with understanding of their interdependenciesDemonstrated program management and execution skills with proven ability to deliver to commitmentsMaster's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer EngineeringProven track record building high-performance teams and driving organizational changeStrong cross-functional influence skills and ability to anticipate technical and delivery risks
