Director, Global Network Operations
The Director will lead a worldwide team responsible for keeping Intel’s network services available, resilient, and well supported across diverse business and production locations. This includes overseeing service management, monitoring, capacity, disaster recovery, major incident response, vendor performance, and continuous improvement. The leader will partner with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and manufacturing technology groups to ensure new solutions are ready for stable operations. A major focus is advancing automation, AI-enabled operations, measurable service health practices, and faster recovery from disruptions. This position suits an experienced global network executive with deep enterprise and manufacturing infrastructure expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and a record of developing high-performing technical teams.
