Network Platform Architect
This architect will own end-to-end adapter platform design, including card architecture, I/O connectivity, manageability interfaces, secure update mechanisms, and system partitioning between silicon and the board. They will establish thermal, power, reliability, diagnostic, and serviceability requirements while coordinating feasibility with electrical, mechanical, validation, manufacturing, and software teams. The position serves as a central technical authority for resolving platform tradeoffs and ensuring products can be integrated across different OEM environments. It is part of Intel's Central Engineering Group, which develops customer-focused engineering solutions across product and foundry organizations. The role suits an experienced networking or server-platform architect who can lead complex cross-functional decisions and translate broad business and customer needs into executable technical specifications.
