As part of Microchip’s New Product Development organization, the Engineer I - Validation helps verify the performance and quality of new analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. The role involves planning and carrying out silicon validation and characterization, refining bench measurements, and using data analysis to identify product or test issues. The engineer works closely with design, architecture, applications, marketing, product, and test professionals while contributing to faster and more capable validation processes. This opportunity suits an early-career electrical or computer engineer with practical electronics knowledge, strong analytical skills, and an interest in semiconductor product development. Candidates should also be comfortable communicating clearly, collaborating with others, and working with laboratory instruments and PCB-based test setups.

Requirements
