Lead Test Technician IV, 1st Shift (Onsite)

This position leads daily activities for a Phoenix aerospace repair cell, coordinating priorities, work-in-progress, staffing, meetings, escalations, and delivery goals. The technician also performs testing and component-level troubleshooting on electronic units using test stands, diagnostic equipment, schematics, and technical documentation. The role partners with engineering, value-stream, and support teams to resolve technical, quality, equipment, material, and process issues. It includes coaching technicians, supporting onboarding, maintaining shift communication, and promoting 5S and safe work practices. This opportunity suits an experienced electronics technician who is comfortable directing team operations while remaining actively involved in production work and working an onsite early-morning schedule.

Requirements

High school diploma or technical/vocational education with at least 4 years of relevant experienceAvailability for first shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with occasional extended hoursU.S. citizenship requiredExperience testing and troubleshooting electronic units to the component levelAbility to use test equipment, schematics, drawings, and technical manualsPreferred electronics certification or associate degree; MRP and Microsoft Office skills
