NSMS Munitions Acceleration - Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst

This analyst will partner with program managers, engineers, operations, contracts, supply chain, and other functional leaders to establish and manage the financial foundation for a major defense production effort. Responsibilities include developing estimates at completion, analyzing cost and schedule performance, maintaining earned value processes and program logs, planning investments and long-lead materials, and preparing executive-level reviews. The position offers visibility across finance and program execution while influencing baseline development, technology refresh, and obsolescence planning. It suits an experienced finance or program-controls professional who is analytical, independent, comfortable working across a matrixed organization, and able to communicate financial risks clearly. The hybrid role can be based at several RTX locations and requires U.S. citizenship plus an active Secret clearance after the first day.
