Program Integrator

Reporting to the Transition to Production Director, this position helps integrate program activities across engineering, contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, and other functions. It maintains execution rhythms such as risk reviews, earned value reviews, management reviews, staffing discussions, and decision forums. The role also manages program documentation, control account activities, risks and opportunities, customer interactions, and support for growth and proposal efforts. It is suited to an experienced program or business operations professional who can influence across organizations, work independently in a fast-moving environment, and communicate effectively with customers and senior leaders. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires an active Secret clearance held by a U.S. citizen.
