This position leads Tomahawk flight and qualification testing within Raytheon’s Systems Integration and Test organization. The role coordinates engineers across multiple disciplines, builds schedules, tracks technical readiness, and oversees testing conducted in laboratories and field environments. Responsibilities include preparing test plans, procedures, safety materials, readiness reviews, shipment approvals, and test data packages. The lead also represents the test organization in customer discussions, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
