Product Quality Engineer

This position is part of Raytheon’s Operations Quality Assurance organization and focuses on maintaining product reliability throughout manufacturing and production. The engineer evaluates specifications and technical documentation, develops process controls, supports testing and inspections, and uses structured methods to resolve quality problems. They work closely with manufacturing, engineering, operations, customers, suppliers, and shop-floor teams to address nonconformities and improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance. The role is well suited to a detail-oriented quality or manufacturing engineer who enjoys practical problem solving and working across disciplines. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the required DoD Secret clearance are essential, and the work is performed onsite in Tucson, Arizona.
