Electrical Assembler I, 1st Shift (Onsite)

Working on the Collins Aerospace Operations team, the assembler supports the movement of aerospace products through manufacturing by completing assembly, testing, fabrication, inspection, and rework tasks. The position requires reading drawings and bills of materials, managing workstation supplies, identifying defects, and documenting quality issues. It is suited to someone with a high school diploma or technical training who is comfortable using tools and performing detailed hands-on electronic or electro-mechanical work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in an onsite Phoenix environment, with occasional weekend or holiday support possible. Candidates must be able to meet the role’s physical demands, including extended standing, fine hand movements, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
