Digital Program Lead (DPL) – Tomahawk

This position serves as the primary digital technology partner to Tomahawk program leadership and cross-functional teams within Raytheon’s Naval Power organization. The role owns a large annual digital portfolio, including roadmap planning, financial management, operating plans, staffing, performance reporting, and execution across the program lifecycle. It coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, proposals, and external technology partners to provide effective tools, infrastructure, and technical capabilities. The lead also oversees regulatory compliance and advances Agile, DevSecOps, systems integration, and continuous improvement practices. It suits an experienced digital or technology program leader who can influence senior stakeholders, manage complex portfolios, and support classified defense programs while working onsite in Tucson.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ yearsActive Secret U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience managing large, complex technology or defense programsKnowledge of project financials, EVMS, cost analysis, risks, and performance metricsExperience with Agile leadership, software development, systems integration, or DevSecOpsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
