SPAIR/XTR - Manager, Program Cost Controls EBA - M4 - Hybrid

This manager will partner with engineering leads, control account managers, and program leadership to develop EACs and LREs, analyze earned value and actual costs, and report variances against approved plans. The position uses tools such as SAP, APEX, IMS, and PMX to monitor cost and schedule performance and support budget change requests. It also includes assigning work across a team of EBAs, coaching employees, managing performance activities, and shaping team capabilities for future program needs. The role suits an experienced finance, program controls, or earned value professional who can work independently while collaborating across functional organizations. U.S. citizenship and strong analytical, Excel, communication, and people-management skills are important for success.
