Principal Subsystem Integration & Test Lead

This position leads the complete testing lifecycle, from developing plans and schedules through executing verification and qualification activities and delivering final reports. The role operates within a cross-functional systems engineering and test organization, coordinating lab personnel, program leadership, customers, and external test locations. It includes oversight of hardware, software, instrumentation, data systems, and test-environment readiness, along with technical risk management and corrective-action closure. The successful candidate will be an experienced test leader who can guide teams, manage complex distributed test operations, and work effectively in structured defense verification environments. The position is based onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance before starting.
