AT Engineering Execution Team Department Leader (Onsite)

The department leader manages a team of IPTLs supporting a varied portfolio within Raytheon’s Advanced Technology organization. Responsibilities include talent development, assignments, workforce planning, engineering performance metrics, proposal staffing, and coordination with program and discipline leaders. The role also supports technical reviews, financial planning, risk and opportunity management, and initiatives that improve execution across the business. It requires collaboration across engineering functions, programs, and locations, with approximately 10% travel.
