Capacity Growth Office Production Test Capacity Lead - Onsite Tucson AZ

This leader will join the Capacity Growth Office Engineering organization and oversee integrated production-test reduction and optimization plans tied to munitions production growth. The work includes transitioning suitable processes toward acceptance testing, deploying common test methods, and delivering test equipment hardware and integration projects on schedule and within budget. The position works closely with factory and program teams to align testing with takt time, new line designs, supplier capacity, and broader capacity-building objectives. It also requires establishing repeatable processes, change-management plans, and best practices that can be applied across Raytheon. The role suits an experienced engineering and operations leader with extensive production-test, program execution, supplier coordination, and cross-functional leadership experience who can work fully onsite in Tucson.
