Manager Engineering Services Data Management

This position leads data management activities for aerospace and defense programs in an onsite Tucson environment. The manager identifies required contract deliverables, establishes data workflows in PDM tools, coordinates internal and supplier submissions, and ensures materials meet requirements and deadlines. The role also supports configuration-controlled program records, tracks performance metrics, and may manage data management cost and schedule responsibilities. Success requires strong knowledge of government data and configuration management practices, sound planning and analytical ability, and effective collaboration with program teams, customers, and subcontractors. It is well suited to an experienced data management or program operations professional who can influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and work with classified defense programs.
