Quality Control Inspector

This position supports the quality function at JX Advanced Metals USA’s Mesa manufacturing operation, including work in production and cleanroom settings. The inspector performs incoming, first-article, in-process, and final checks using tools such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and other gauges. Responsibilities also include hardness testing, recording inspection data, evaluating nonconforming material, and helping determine the causes of quality problems. The role suits a careful, dependable candidate who can interpret engineering drawings, work accurately with measurement equipment, and follow established safety and quality procedures. It is appropriate for someone with a high school education and preferably some training or experience in manufacturing inspection.
