Maintenance Coordinator

This position supports the Maintenance Department by keeping maintenance work organized from scheduling through completion. It coordinates preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while helping ensure operational and compliance needs are addressed. The coordinator works with maintenance technicians, outside vendors, and internal teams to track assignments and preserve accurate records. The role also contributes to process-improvement efforts and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager. It would suit someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple maintenance-related priorities in a manufacturing environment.
