Accounting Manager

This position reports to the Close, Consolidations, and Reporting Controller and oversees accounting teams located across several countries. It manages the company-wide monthly close, consolidated financial statements, quarterly balance sheet and cash flow reporting, and collaboration on 10-Q and 10-K filings. The manager will work with Finance, IT, auditors, Investor Relations, the CFO Office, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen reporting operations. A strong candidate will bring extensive corporate accounting experience, expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, and a record of leading global teams in complex organizations. The role suits an experienced accounting leader who can influence across functions, improve systems and processes, and drive reliable execution in a matrixed environment.
