The Data Engineer SAP will join Raytheon’s Digital Technology organization to develop and maintain enterprise data solutions spanning SAP and non-SAP systems. Responsibilities include creating pipelines, analytical models, data warehouses, and Snowflake workflows using SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT tools. The position partners with business and analytics teams to translate data needs into reliable technical designs and resolve integration or pipeline issues. Successful candidates will bring substantial SAP analytics and cloud data engineering experience, along with a focus on security and regulated environments. This remote opportunity suits an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across platforms such as SAP BW, Datasphere, Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience with a university degree, or 3+ years with an advanced degreeStrong experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Analytics CloudSnowflake experience covering data ingestion, transformation, and performance tuningAdvanced SQL and Python skills for analytics and pipeline developmentExperience with ETL/ELT tools such as MatillionU.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance required
