Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This remote recruiter will support RTX’s Human Resources and Talent Acquisition organization by leading recruitment from workforce planning through offer and hire. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and coordinating with HR, Labor Relations, and Total Rewards partners to ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices. A significant focus is recruiting engineering professionals in a Department of Defense environment, including candidates who hold security clearances. The position suits a business-minded recruiter who can manage substantial hiring volume, influence stakeholders, and represent the RTX employer brand effectively. Candidates should be comfortable using Workday Recruiting, applying employment and federal contracting compliance principles, and working with specialized technical talent.
