Business Operations Specialist

This position supports the Shipboard Missiles business operations function by helping leaders and cross-functional teams maintain planning routines and execute recurring processes. Responsibilities include consolidating business and financial information, updating dashboards, preparing presentations and review materials, coordinating meetings and events, and monitoring deliverables through completion. The role offers exposure to RTX’s organizational structure, business practices, and program operations. It is well suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with workplace productivity software, and able to manage multiple priorities. Applicants must be U.S. citizens able to maintain an active Secret security clearance and must work onsite in Tucson, with no relocation assistance available.
