Principle Specialist - Accounting & Controllership

This position supports Raytheon’s Accounting and Controllership function by investigating supply-and-demand exceptions, pegging and grouping errors, cost shifts, inventory variances, and project closures. The specialist uses PRISM, SAP, or comparable systems to produce reporting, establish material group structures, and help ensure financial and operational records are properly aligned. The role works closely with Production Control, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management, and Logistics to resolve issues for internal customers. It may also involve leading team discussions and supporting broader business priorities related to manufacturing and inventory management. This opportunity suits an experienced accounting, finance, or operations analyst who is detail-oriented, collaborative, organized, and comfortable working with enterprise systems and Excel.
