The investigator supports RTX’s Counterintelligence and Insider Threat function by examining potential unauthorized removal or misuse of company and customer data. Responsibilities include planning investigations, analyzing technical and behavioral evidence, conducting sensitive employee interviews, preparing defensible reports, and preserving case materials. The role also works with security teams, Facility Security Officers, and enterprise technology partners to improve detection tools, processes, and required reporting. It is suited to an experienced counterintelligence, investigations, law enforcement, or insider-threat professional with strong knowledge of UAM, Splunk or comparable SIEM platforms, Endpoint DLP, networks, and computer vulnerabilities. An active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, and the position is performed onsite in one of the listed RTX locations.
