The Change Management Practitioner will support Intel Foundry’s transformation initiatives, including ERP and supply chain planning system changes. Working with program teams, project managers, employees, managers, and senior leaders, the role develops practical plans that build awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption. Responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, change networks, leadership engagement, communications, training coordination, and tracking adoption outcomes. The position partners with business leaders, HR, operations, and central teams to align initiatives and reduce disruption. It suits an experienced change, communications, learning, or program professional who is collaborative, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Learning & Development, or Change Management (or Master's degree); 6+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's or 4+ years with Master'sStrong change management, program/project management, communications, or employee engagement experienceProven ability to develop compelling messaging and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder audiencesExperience building and executing change support networks, training strategies, and communication plansDemonstrated capability to assess stakeholder readiness, mitigate resistance, and drive adoptionPROSCI certification preferred; understanding of manufacturing/fab operations a plus
