Principal Material Program Manager

This position supports Raytheon’s Naval Power mission area by coordinating material and supplier activities across development programs. The manager will build material plans, forecast requirements, monitor supply chain performance, assess suppliers, and help prepare cost and pricing estimates or proposals. Success requires influencing cross-functional partners, resolving supplier and program conflicts, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining progress against demanding delivery schedules. The role suits an experienced supply chain or program professional who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and make informed escalations. Candidates must have relevant education and experience, cross-functional teamwork exposure, material forecasting capability, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.
