Yield Development Engineering Manager-Strategic Programs
This position leads a multidisciplinary function spanning yield engineering, defect metrology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled manufacturing decision systems. The manager will establish long-range strategy, oversee complex programs across development and high-volume production, and align engineering, manufacturing, equipment, IT, data science, and corporate stakeholders. Success involves moving factories toward predictive defect detection, faster root-cause analysis, closed-loop learning, and measurable gains in yield, quality, cycle time, and productivity. The role also includes defining metrology and system roadmaps, scaling digital manufacturing capabilities, and influencing senior leaders on investment and priorities.
