The Industrial Engineer for Foundry Quality and Reliability Labs will develop and manage demand and capacity plans for lab operations including failure analysis and reliability validation workflows. The role involves building capacity models using industrial engineering methodologies, designing KPI frameworks, and creating automated dashboards using Power BI, Python, and SQL to provide real-time visibility into lab performance. Requirements

Bachelor's in industrial engineering or related field with 6+ years experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years experienceProficiency in capacity planning, factory operational planning, and lean manufacturing principlesStrong data skills: Python, SQL, Power BI for querying, dashboard development, and data analysisExperience with data modeling, manufacturing optimization, and KPI developmentKnowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systemsProject management capability with proven ability to deliver results on deadline
