Operator I

This hands-on manufacturing position supports the assembly of modules, boards, panels, and related subassemblies for Axon’s public safety products. The operator performs tasks such as component installation, soldering, product testing, and material handling while following documented processes and production schedules. The role reports to a senior manufacturing supervisor and works as part of a team without direct reports. It suits a detail-oriented person with a high school education or equivalent experience who is comfortable using hand tools, standing for extended periods, and working around typical manufacturing conditions. Candidates should be adaptable, safety-conscious, physically capable of handling materials up to 50 pounds, and able to respond effectively when production issues arise.
