SM-6 IAU Transition To Production Subassemblies IPTL
This position serves as the Subassemblies Integrated Product Team Lead for Raytheon’s SM-6 IAU production transition activities in Tucson. It guides the project from requirements and development through system integration, manufacturing verification, troubleshooting, and delivery, with emphasis on improving capacity, test performance, yield, and factory execution. The lead partners with program leadership to establish schedules, budgets, staffing, risk plans, and technical priorities, while also supporting change control, obsolescence management, proposals, and stakeholder communications. The team works across systems, software, firmware, production test, operations, and supplier organizations. It suits an experienced aerospace or defense professional who can lead multidisciplinary teams, integrate hardware and software, resolve complex production issues, and work in a security-cleared onsite environment.
