RMA DC Operator 1 (Onsite)

The RMA DC Operator supports Axon’s returns and distribution activities by handling incoming RMA deliveries and preparing outgoing orders for carrier pickup. The role uses logistics systems to prioritize shipments, checks picked items for accuracy, documents receiving discrepancies, and moves materials to the appropriate processing locations. It also requires attention to shipping paperwork, package labels, barcode inspections, and dangerous-goods regulations. The position reports to the senior RMA supervisor and works closely with receiving and shipping functions. It is suited to an organized, safety-conscious logistics professional with prior shipping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a forklift.
