Trade Manager

Reporting to the Director of Trade Operations within the Legal department, this position supports compliant movement of products and technology across international markets. Key work includes preparing and maintaining EAR and ITAR authorizations, determining jurisdiction and classification, reviewing orders and returns, and resolving restricted-party screening alerts. The manager also develops training, maintains policies and performance measures, and advises stakeholders on documentation and regulatory obligations. Success requires strong judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to influence teams without formal authority.
