Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Wet Etch Experienced Module Engineer

This engineer will establish process flows, equipment configurations, materials, and control strategies for wet etch technology modules. The work includes designing experiments, analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and improving yield, quality, reliability, productivity, stability, cost, and safety. The engineer will partner with process, integration, yield, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to support technology transfers, factory ramps, and new production line qualifications. The position may include on-shift engineering coverage and responsibility for training engineers during process transfers. It suits a senior semiconductor professional with substantial wet etch and high-volume manufacturing experience who can lead cross-functional problem solving in a demanding factory environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM engineering field (Electrical, Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical) with 8+ years semiconductor experience, or Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 2+ yearsSemiconductor engineering experience with wet etch functional area expertiseExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing ramps and technology transfersStatistics and experimental design knowledge with ability to apply to tool qualification and process developmentTechnical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with data-driven approachAbility to lift 35 pounds regularly and work flexible shifts including day/night on-site support
