Device Engineering Intern - Summer 2027

The intern will help sustain and improve semiconductor products by evaluating device performance, investigating yield and quality issues, and supporting engineering solutions. The work includes designing experiments, analyzing electrical and statistical data, and documenting findings in technical reports and presentations. The role is part of a collaborative device engineering function that engages with multiple teams and participates in technical reviews. It is suited to a currently enrolled electrical, chemical, materials, or related engineering student who is interested in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems. Successful candidates should be analytical, communicative, detail-oriented, and returning to school or graduating at the end of the summer internship.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related technical fieldStrong academic performance and interest in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systemsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityFamiliarity with device physics, semiconductor devices, or statistical process control preferredEffective written and verbal English communication skillsMust return to school or graduate at the end of the internship term
