Facilities Mechanical Technician

This technician maintains and repairs industrial facility systems such as chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, piping, exhaust equipment, and related process infrastructure. The position performs preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance activities with strong attention to safety and environmental performance. It also contributes technical expertise to system upgrades, capacity planning, design documentation, testing, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role supports Intel Foundry manufacturing and facility expansion efforts while working with internal customers and cross-functional teams. It is well suited to an experienced facilities or mechanical maintenance professional with industrial HVAC expertise, technical training, and the ability to work the specified rotating shift in an onsite environment.
