Requirements

BS in CS, EE, Math or related STEM field; Master's or PhD preferred8+ years software development background with 4+ years in ML engineering, data science, or ML researchHands-on experience building evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and post-training pipelines including supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learningProficiency in Python and deep understanding of LLM architectures, optimization, and training dynamicsStrong debugging skills with ability to work independently on research agendas and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsExcellent technical communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
