Development Project Manager (Retrofit Data Center Construction)

This position oversees multiple retrofit and campus development projects for QTS, coordinating Facilities, Operations, design, engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, and vendor teams. The manager develops project scopes, master plans, budgets, schedules, permitting strategies, and executive-level status reporting. Responsibilities also include evaluating proposals, managing contractor payments and change orders, securing equipment delivery, leading owner-architect-contractor meetings, and supporting customized solutions for prospective customers. The role suits an experienced commercial construction professional who is comfortable managing complex MEP-intensive or mission-critical facilities and communicating with senior leaders. A collaborative, organized project leader willing to travel periodically would be well suited to this position.
