Staff Software Engineer - Post-Silicon Infrastructure

ArmChandler, AZ

This engineer will create reusable software systems that connect hardware, firmware, workloads, lab equipment, and collected data across Arm’s characterization platforms. The work includes developing Python automation, scalable test frameworks, platform controls, APIs, and mechanisms for unattended regression and failure analysis. The position involves close collaboration with firmware, validation, systems, and infrastructure teams to debug complex hardware-software behavior and improve testing methods. Experience with embedded systems, C/C++, hardware-in-the-loop testing, instrumentation, or SoC validation is beneficial but not essential. It suits a senior systems software engineer who enjoys turning complicated engineering workflows into reliable, configurable tools and is motivated to learn post-silicon characterization.
