This position manages Intel's global retail training and advocacy programs, translating consumer business priorities into actionable enablement strategies that drive measurable sales and revenue impact. The role spans strategy leadership, large-scale program portfolio management, and retail engagement excellence—working across in-store, online, and training channels while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and external partners. You'll develop KPI frameworks connecting program activities to business outcomes, leverage retail insights to optimize training effectiveness, and lead executive reviews on program health and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines project/program management expertise with retail and sales knowledge, excels at managing vendors and virtual teams, and thrives in dynamic, cross-timezone environments. This role is part of the Sales and Marketing Group, offering opportunities to directly influence Intel's revenue growth and market expansion through best-in-class retail advocacy ecosystems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 6+ years program/project management experience (or Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years)Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with expertise in KPI development, executive communications, and budget managementDemonstrated retail and sales knowledge to drive training aligned with key business moments and manage stakeholder alignmentAbility to deliver results within scope and budget with flexibility to work across global time zonesStrong vendor management, contract negotiation, and virtual team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with adaptability in dynamic environments
