This position sits within Intel’s Sales and Marketing organization and manages a global portfolio of retail training and advocacy programs from strategy through execution. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 6+ years program/project management experience (or Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years)Proven ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with expertise in KPI development, executive communications, and budget managementDemonstrated retail and sales knowledge to drive training aligned with key business moments and manage stakeholder alignmentAbility to deliver results within scope and budget with flexibility to work across global time zonesStrong vendor management, contract negotiation, and virtual team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with adaptability in dynamic environments
