APTD Manufacturing Technician - Night shift

This role is part of Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development organization, focused on substrate and wafer assembly manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll operate sophisticated equipment used in semiconductor substrate production, collect and analyze operational data to optimize processes, and troubleshoot issues to maintain production quality. You'll also manage training activities for team members, participate in safety initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and experiments. This position suits detail-oriented individuals who can balance following standard procedures with independent problem-solving, work effectively in a fast-paced cleanroom setting, and commit to a compressed night shift schedule that alternates between 3-day and 4-day work weeks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics OR Associate degree with 1+ years experience OR High School Diploma with 3+ years manufacturing/military experienceAbility to work night shift (6 PM - 6:18 AM) with alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeksWillingness to work in cleanroom environment wearing protective equipment for 9+ hoursPhysical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and walk 2-4 miles daily6+ months experience with electronics equipment troubleshooting and semiconductor manufacturing technology (preferred)Emergency Response Team training and certification (preferred)
